First of all, I want to state that I have no experience in building a PC. I just play :)

I have a really tight budget right now for my first PC build and I just want to prioritize my CPU, GPU especially if I would go for the "Better than I5-4460 build". My problem is that I don't want to spend significant money for a "temporary" motherboard right now because I'm planning to buy maybe a mid end to high motherboard in the next 2-3 months AFTER I build this PC (I want to build a PC as soon as possible so waiting another month or two is the last option).

Questions

I just want to know what motherboard should I buy to atleast play decent games for maybe 1-3 months before I buy myself a much better motherboard.

Is choosing 6th gen over 4th gen processors really worth their price? that's around 1500 php or about $30 difference just in the prices of the ram and cpu. (prices here are inflated)

What is the most desirable gaming motherboard for each build?

Is my chassis good enough to house this build? should I throw in more fans inside like fans for cpu and gpu? (I dont know anything about cooling but I am planning to liquid cool in the next 6 months mostly for the looks :D)

And just to make sure, could I really play any game I throw at it at max settings in 1080p in this build? how about 1440p?

My current plan includes:

CPU ------I5 4460 (8,400 php)
GPU -----MSI GTX1060 6G 192Bit (14,150 php)
PSU -----Seasonic S12II 520W 80PLUS Bronze (2,600 php)
HDD -----Seagate 1TB 7200 (2,450 php)
Chassis -Techwave Inf (1,240 php)
RAM -----Kingston HyperXFury 8gb DDR3 (1,700 php)
TOTAL --- 30,540

CPU ------I5 6500 (9,370 php)
GPU -----MSI GTX1060 6G 192Bit (14,150 php)
PSU -----Seasonic S12II 520W 80PLUS Bronze (2,600 php)
HDD -----Seagate 1TB 7200 (2,450 php)
Chassis -Techwave Inf (1,240 php)
RAM -----Kingston HyperX 8GB DDR4 2133 (2100 php)
TOTAL ---31,910

THANKS in advance

For a 6500 or a 4460 the quality of your motherboard will not affect gaming performance at all. The difference between high-end and low-end motherboards (outside of overclocking setups) really boil down to the features. How many memory slots, how many SATA ports, USB 3.1 header support, PC-E slots, networking chip quality, sound chip quality etc.

So if you aren't overclocking (which you don't appear to be with those CPU selections) I would just select a mediocre motherboard with the features that you need. I use the ASRock H97m Anniversary on my i5-4440 which is a very cheap motherboard and it suffices just fine for gaming. The only drawbacks are a low quality sound setup (somewhat noticeable electrical interference) and very few fan...

So I wouldn't worry much about trying to buy something like an Asus Maximus Z170/Z97 setup since you won't need the features you are paying for (lots of overclockability and BIOS control).

Well that was enlightening. So what mobo from the links I gave do you recommend to last atleast 3 years for both builds? What build should i go with, the 4th gen or the 6th gen? Now I just want to delay future upgrades as much as possible maybe except for the RAM, and liquid cooling. Also for the fan headers that come with the motherboard, would it be enough to cool my system?
