What is the minimum power supply for a GTX 650 Ti boost

I got a 275 watt one with a i5 3570

And do I need a 6 pin for it?

Let me guess you want to power the GPU inside an OptiPlex chassis? If so what is the SKU for your OptiPlex? On the question about power, you're going to need a 450W PSU at least. Make and model of the GPU in question as well.
