Minimum PSU for 750 ti

Solution
The biggest problem with PSUs is quality: a high-end single-GPU PC usually draws 350-400W peak measured at the wall while a typical entry-level PC draws less than 250W so almost any PSU on the market will usually be fine in terms of power rating.

The problem with low-quality PSUs is that they tend to fail prematurely even under light loads or simply fail to work correctly altogether. They also have a tendency to kill other components more often than better-quality PSUs do when something goes wrong.

You can easily calculate how much power you need for your build with PSU calculators. Just fill out this form: http://www.coolermaster.outervision.com/

If you need to buy a new PSU, find one with the appropriate amount of power, and DO NOT buy a cheap budget PSU from an unknown brand. Stick to well known and reputable ones such as Corsair or Seasonic

It depends how much else you have in your rig, but in a typical PC the 750Ti has a low enough power requirement that you can get the very lowest wattage PSUs sold by the reputable vendors - for example the XFX Core series has a 450W or thereabouts
