Mining help for r7 370

Hello,
I have a R7 370 4gb card right now, and I am mining bitcoin with Nicehash right now getting $1.20 a day. Are there any other mining programs with different alt coins that will get me more profit?

Nicehash automatically mines whatever is currently most profitable out of a number of altcoins. You are not actually mining bitcoin (nobody mines bitcoin with GPUs anymore), that's just what they pay you in.

I find that site tends to overestimate mining performance a bit, so you probably won't get quite as much as they say. Also, sometimes a coin may experience a brief blip in popularity and show as being quite profitable, but then the next day its profitability has dropped back down.
