I've noticed a small issue with my PC which , whilst not terrible, is a bit annoying. While playing games, e.g. classic world of warcraft, which is pretty easy to run, I get occasional micro-sutters and the FPS will drop from ~140 to u ~110. I'm not even sure where to start with this issue so apologies I haven't tried much myself yet. Temps etc. all look normal. I did run Memtest not too long ago and it didn't throw up any issues. I've attached a video to help.
It happens once when looting the spider and again when moving my camera around.
The video wasn't the best example I could find, but whenever recording it seemed not to want to do it as frequently/as intensely.

Zotac 3080ti
Partiot Viper Steel 3600MHz DDR4 (2x 8GB)
