Minor SLI question

I have a minor question. I am SLIing two 980 MSI Twin Frozr's. I tested them out individually. I was curious if it would make a difference...

My top GPU boost clocks to 1304
My bottom GPU boosts clocks to 1334

My ASIC on top GPU is 63.7%
My ASIC on bottom GPU is 67.8%

My top GPU memory type is Hynix
My bottom GPU memory type is Elpida

Would it be better to put my bottom GPU on top since it boosts higher and has higher ASIC? Then put the top on bottom.

Nope. Both cards will run as the slower speed.

As above, it wont matter which is where. Both will run at the same (slower) speeds.

I'd try them both ways and trying OCing each way
