Hi,
I bought the Mionix Castor since it's very well-reviewed and relatively cheap on Amazon.
I read the manual to find it's plug and play and so installed it only to find it didn't work on my USB 3.1 ports and only my 3.0 ports.
While this isn't much of a problem, I installed the software and firmware from the Mionix website which refused to recognise the mouse. After looking at the Windows devices and doing troubleshooting, I found that the mouse is a USB Composite Device which apparently only works on USB 2.0 ports - of which I don't have any.
The software is a major reason I bought it, is there anything I can do to fix it?

1| When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs inclusive of your OS. Please list them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Peripherals:

2| Have you made sure your chipset drivers are all up to date?

3| Likewise, have you made sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date?

4| Is it possible for you to try and install the app/gaming peripheral on an older system(or on a system with a USB2.0 and USB3.0 ports)?

CPU: Intel i5 6600k
Motherboard: Gigabyte K3 Z170
Ram: 2x4gb Crucial Ballistix DDR4
SSD/HDD: 1TB Hard Drive
GPU: Asus GTX 960 2GB
PSU: Corsair CS450M
Chassis: Phanteks Enthoo Pro M
OS: Windows 10 64-bit
Peripherals: Kane Pro keyboard, general mic, Mionix Castor

I didn't actually think to use it with another computer (how dumb of me) and the fact that it also doesn't work with my old PC, with USB 2.0, shows that it may just be the software, which is a bit of a disappointment.
