Miracast add wireless display not there

Hi guys, just upgraded to windows 8.1 and saw the new miracast features on there. i figured i would see what i can do with it so i went to the project screen and i do not have the option to add a wireless display. I have read about 10 webpages non solving my issues. I spent about 2 hours trying to contact microsoft but anyone who has tried that knows its just links after link after link to the webpage you started on and when you find a number to call it doesnt work half the time. anyways haha sorry, so i really do not know if i need to install software for my computer to be able to use it. Microsoft website says if you dont have the option its not supported but i think it should be with my computer. specs are as followed please tell me anything you know that could help i would love to set this up especially cause i want to use this at work if it all plays nice. Thanks guys.

Oh also, im using the wireless/Bluetooth adapter that comes with my mobo. and if i have to change it to use miracast let me know please

Is the display device miracast capabile?? The device itself has to have the hardware in it for miracast

I do not have a miracast device yet however if i did i would not be able to see it because i do not have the option on my compute to add a wireless device

If you do not even have the option then your computer does not have miracast capable hardware

thats what i asked in my initial question, i thought it was fairly clear. "i really do not know if i need to install software for my computer to be able to use it.
