Question Missing capacitor on 1660 Ti ?

I recently purchased a second hand 1660 Ti and I noticed a missing capacitor from the board! Does anyone know what voltage this Cap should be and best place to get one of these (Canada) ?

And specifically the capacitor labled PMCE17?

Although the area "under" PMCE17 appears blackened I am not sure if there is a missing capacitor. The solder does not appear to have had anything in place before. Appears to be surface mounted if there was a capacitor there to begin with.

Unless someone cleaned things up a bit to hide the mess. (Who knows what may be been tried or done to the GPU.....)

Compare the serial number, PCB labels etc. to ensure that the GPU photograph that I found is identical to the GPU in question.
