Question Missing capacitor resulting in bios chirping?

A capacitor or few were accidentally scraped off my HD 7870 causing the bios to chirp twice in high pitch, two times, then screen stays black. Do i really have to replace the capacitor or is there any other fix? I will send an image of the gpu if you would like to see the problem.

I was thinking of replacing capacitors, but your answer seems logical.
