Missing HDD connector

Just finished a build , everything powers up but no display, could the fact there are only 3 front panel connectors be the reason swp,swr and the 2 + & - connectors .

No. Front panel connectors do not affect the display. What components do you have? Do any diagnostic lights remain on on the motherboard after the POST?

did you plug in the 2nd connector from the psu to the motherboard? does the motherboard have onboard video?

Yes plugged in second connector, on board graphics not working also ?

disconnect all cables to drives. remove all cards, reseat all ram, reseat power cables from psu to motherboard, clear cmos, power up.
