Missing Operating System

I was trying to do a clean reinstall and I deleted hard drive partitions and now this happens. Missing operating system on startup. I can't enter bios because my keyboard or mouse does not turn on(they are both wired) I clearly know this is my fault for not knowing what I was doing, I'm just wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this.
