Missing options in Radeon ReLive software

AMD Radeon HD 8670M is in my laptop. i have all the newest drivers and software from AMD. but im missing options in the software. i found this pic on google and im assuming this is how people usually see the software vs what i see...im missing "Video" and "Display" which i think are important for what i want to do. not me :

maybe im just being a complete idiot and im missing something or idk.

im on windows 8.1 64 bit but i dont think that matters since i had the same thing on win 7.

On left bottom corner you have a update tab. Click on it and update the drivers. That's the first thing to do. If you don't have the other options it might be because of you using a old card as well as a laptop. Hope I helped.

my software is outdated right now i guess but when i had it up to date i still had the same options. and my laptop is from 2014 its not that old i dont think.
