Hello guys!! Recently I bought a new Ryzen 3900x , Aorus X570 Elite and 2x8 go Ram GSkill 3200.
I installed the stock cooling system and then after some days I decided to change it and replace with Corsair H115i . Now...doing this the stock cooling system were attached to the cpu. Some of pins were bent and after One of them broke. Mount cpu in the socket and pc finally turn on . The only problem was with the 2 ram’s . The b1 and b2 doesn’t work . I mean if I install both ram in a2 and b2 all rgb light turn on but bios didn’t read the ram in the b2. I try to replace and install the second in the a2 and it works. So ram are ok ...why bios read me only one slot and CPUid say that I have 16 gb dual channel ?

Solution
Appears, that broken cpu pin is responsible for connecting ram modules to cpu memory controller. Because of this some ram slots are inoperable now.
Warranty doesn't cover cpu pin damage.
So you're left with options -
use ram in working slots and have dual channel mode unavailable or
pay for a new cpu.
Thats why I said near. The skill required to do it is not a common one and one false step or if he happens to miss a drop of solder that now joins two pins together and causes his board to catch fire (I have seen similar issues and when a board catches fire it goes up fast) is very high.
That's why you should buy an old cheap AMD CPU first and practice with it. That's what I did.
