[SOLVED] Missing settings in NVIDIA control panel?

after not using my pc for a while i ran to some problems and fixed them.
after that i wanted to enable stretched resolution but then there's nothing in nvidia control panel! help!

it's pretty much listed there. seems you're not logged-on with an admin account or don't run the application in admin-mode. hence you can't do anything. at this is how I read that.
