missing toolbars

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.newusers (More info?)

some how ive lost most of my toolbars,i have some but not
all,they are available by clicking 2 little arrows and
then they tile downwards but i want them back visible
across the top of the page-ive tried everthing-but cannot
get my original settings back-can anyone help?

Hi Carey-a tool at kellys corner has repaired it and
brought everything back so many thanks due-and a happy
new year especially to you!!,
