Mixing different RAM sizes?

So I have this motherboard:

And I have 2, 2GB sticks of Kingston 1333 value ram. I want 8 gigs of ram so could I use one stick of 4GB of the same exact model just 4gigs with two 2 gig sticks?

That's the 4 gig stick and my current ram has the same part number except for at the end it says 2G instead of 4G (I'm assuming that means 2GB compared to 4GB

You could run different memory sizes, but you lose dual channel by doing so.
