Mixing Graphics Card Brands

I currently have an AMD graphics card attached to my motherboard. I want to get an NVIDIA graphics card to put alongside it. I'm worried about issues with drivers and other things. So, will everything be perfectly fine? Or am I about to be living my worries?

Do you mean like Crossfire and Nvidia AND AMD together? Then no.

Why do you want different brand cards in your rig?
You can have both cards running in the rig just fine, though dont expect any cooperation between them.

Well, the original AMD Graphics Card came with the computer and is attached to the motherboard. I want to upgrade the graphics with a new NVIDIA Card. All I want to know is if I will have any issues with drivers and things, assuming the computer is able to start up in the first place.

Upgrading the graphics card is more of replacing the old one rather than adding a new one.

Don't run an AMD card with an Nvidia one. Just take the old card out.

The graphics are integrated, so they can't be just pulled out?

Should have said that earlier...

"Integrated graphics using ATI Radeon 4200
*Integrated video is not available if a graphics card is installed."

The integrated Radeon 4200 will not function if you install a new graphics card.
