Question Mixing RAM Cl 14 and Cl 16

I Bought 32 Gb kit of 16 by 2 @2400MHZ
one Stick got bent and not Working
i already have 2 Sticks of CL16 @ 2400 MHZ but the new one has CL14
is it alright to Mix 16 GB 8 by 2 CL16 @2400 MHZ
With
16 Gb CL14 2400 MHZ
would there be any Instability Issues Also
16 Gb is running at 2133 MHZ why is this so Even i enables XMP profile 1
16 Gb 8 by 2 running at 2400 MHZ
