mixing speakers with different impedance.

I am making a DIY home theatre with more than 30 speakers in which i am having only 4 speakers are having 6 ohms impedance rest all having 4 ohms impedance. and subwoofer speaker with 2 ohms impedance. Is it okay?

Short answer - yes

Long answer, you may well find balancing them to sound equal at all volumes a real PITA. And - be sure each channel has the same impedence (so L & R on each channel is 2, 4 or 6 ohm, not one 2ohm and one 6ohm for example) and be sure your amp is 2ohm stable.
