Mob compatible with ddr2 and AMD Phenom II X6

i bought a AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Processor, Black Edition and realized that my motherboard doesnt support it because im an idiot so i just need to know of a Mob that will be compatible i have ddr2 ram as well. Also i dont want the Mob to have any plastic pins around the CPU slot, screws only please because i intend to install a liquid cooler. not only that the place where you plug in the pump on the Mob needs to have 3 pins because thats what my water pump has if some one could help me I would greatly appreciate it

I don't think you are going to find a motherboard with that CPU that takes DDR2. That would be going back to the older AM2/AM2+ sockets. I think a few of the motherboards might have had a BIOS update that would let you install the CPU, but it wouldn't have access to complete bandwidth.

AM3/AM3+ all take DDR3, and that is all you will find available for sale new, most likely.

All motherboard sockets come identical. The installation kit for your cooler should have everything you need to install it. 3-pin and 4-pin headers are standard for CPU fans and pump speed sensor connectors.

MSI GKA790GX Platinum or MSI GKA790GX would be your best choice for the resources you have (CPU + DDR2 RAM). MSI GKA790GX Platinum is an excellent motherboard with all solid capacitors. There are two PCI-ex x16 2.0 slots, so you can Crossfire with 2xAMD graphics cards if you want.
