(Mobo and GPU) Need a new mobo and new gpu, not looking to break the bank

Hello fellow tomshardware users, I need a new motherboard and a new graphics card for my PC, but I'm not particularly in the loop with new hardware that's been coming out and havn't been since around 2014, so I have no idea what my options are, My current GPU is very old (and surprisingly holds up very well with games like fallout 4 and witcher 3), and my mobo is bottlenecking my CPU, causing it to run at around 2.9 ghz, instead of around 4. So any suggestions would be helpful, two gpu slots is not essential but would be helpful, anyhow, I really just want two solid options that will help me run games much better without making me spend a fortune, I know that's a tall order in the world of PC gaming, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

AMD HD 7770 1GB
AMD FX 8300 Black edition
Gigabyte 78lmt-s2p
EVGA 500w bronze PSU
8gb ram

Cheapest option so you could reuse your memory.

Thanks very much for the suggestions, i wont be needing a new CPU but yes my GPU is very outdated. Thanks very much the motherboard is very fairly priced and the GPU isnt too far above my budget, thanks very much!
