Mobo beeps 4 times no display!

This isn't a new build, I did some cable management last night to make it look nicer and run cooler and when I plug it back in I get 4 beeps and no display, my mobo is a Asrock B150M-HDV, I tried swapping the memory out and both sticks seemed to work, everything worked right before I organized it. I don't think I plugged something in wrong because everything turns on inside and seems to be working. If anyone knows a solution. that'd be great, Thanks!

It might be the CPU cooler. See if correctly connected.

It's running fine and is snapped in, I don't think that's the issue

If leaving only CPU and CPU cooler installed and starting the board, what beeps getting?

3 long beeps, a pause, another 3 long, another pause, repeat

It's ok. Now insert single RAM module, start the board and see if still 4 beeps.

No beeps, but nothing else is plugged in and there's no display

Is the monitor connected to the motherboard?

I tried it with both the mobo and the gpu, neither display

Try testing each RAM slot with single module.
