Mobo comparison needed

Asus B150M-K or ASRock B150M Pro4 Hyper?

which one is better.

need to use with i5 6600 non-K
and HyperX fury black 1x8GB
970 strix
WD5000AVVS 500GB
WD10EZEX 1 TB


and is a 650 W PSU good enuf?

I would say that the ASRock is better because it has 4 RAM slots, VS the 2 of the ASUS.
It also has an M.2, which the ASUS doesn't have.
And it just seems to be of better quality than the ASUS, putting more heatsinks over components that heat up.
If the 650w PSU is a reliable brand/model then you shouldn't have any problem with it.
