mobo comparison

i'm a newbie and is building a pc for the 1st time. which of the following would have the least amount of problem during setup, least compatibility issue, and and best OC option?

Chaintech VNF4 Ultra
Biostar GF6100-M9
DFI nF4-DAGF
MSI K8N Neo4-F

Also, i can't have a mobo that is too hot or loud

They can all lead to problem if you don't read the manual FULLY, and that, BEFORE actually begin to assemble the parts.

I can advise you on the Gigabyte k8nf-9, if you want a quiet motherboard, as this one as a passive cooler on the chipset. I have one, no trouble, no compatibility issues and rock solid. Plus, very quiet.
