Mobo, CPU and GPU combonation

hi guys
just wondering what setup im going to build, i know theres a lot of bad opinions about amd but i thought id give it a shot
1st setup : CPU: amd fx 4170 4.2 GHz
MOBO: Gigabyte 970A DS3
GPU: amd radeon hd 6850
2nd Setup: CPU: AMD A10-5800K 3.8GHz
MOBO: Asus F2A55-M LE
GPU: amd radeon hd 6850

Whick 1 would be better? would really appreciate your opinions>
also, would a 450w psu be able to run this setup?
