Question Mobo doesn't turn on after failed bios boot?

Hello, so here the thing. I did some changes in BIOS (about 4G decoding and changing MHz of Ram) and after that I got "boot failure detected". I could either reset to default or enter the bios and change settings myself. I did that second one and didn't change anything, I just exited bios. But now my computer doesn't "turn on". I mean it does, but there is nothing on display on monitor, and neither my Mouse nor keyboard doesn't light on. In pc all vents are working, diod for gpu also light on when I turn on computer. But what there is lack off is *beep* sound after which my monitor, keyboard and Mouse started working. I have gigabyte b660 gaming x ddr4, does anyone know how to fix it?
