I would categorize these as 'non-traditional parings', but depends on what you plan on using it for and if this is a system you'll be sticking with for a while or if this is a base system you plan on upgrading soon. Nothing you have listed, however, is incompatible as far as I can tell.

What is your overall budget?

With Black Friday just around the corner, you may be able to get a few bucks shaved off of this list too and get closer to $500.

Ah, OK. Will you be doing any gaming at all? If not, then the built-in graphics would be totally sufficient. What will you primarily be using the PC for?

Love the useful help people are "trying" to give... But why not answer OP's concerns instead?

OP, since you got an locked CPU all you need is a H170 or B150 chipset. I always recommend ASUS look for the ASUS H170M-PLUS or the Gigabyte H170M-UD3 (with slightly more connectivity) if Micro-ATX is your thing, they have their ATX counter parts also.

If you want to save maybe $15 or $20 bucks, you can look at the Gigabyte B150M-UD3 which is a little more limited than the H170 chipset above in term of features, performance wise is about the same, I wouldn't recommend ASUS for that chipset since they only offer DDR3 variants and according to some news, DDR3 stock voltage might shorter the lifespan of the IMC of Skylake CPUs.
