Mobo GPU Compatability

I currently have an ASUS A58M-E mobo, and since I still don't have a GPU, been relying on the onboard gpu thats in my processor, I'm planning on buying a GTX 960 GPU, I just want to know will it be compatible? or even fit in my mobo?

Really? Cause when I looked at the size of the gtx 960 it seemed a little to big, and would most likely hit the RAM
or mmaybe I am wrong?
