mobo green light won't turn on

I just installed a cs650m and my mobo green light won't turn on and im pretty sure I've connected all the cables. everything connected like my mouse, keyboard and speakers are all on so I'm not sure about what to do

Are you using the cables which came with this CS650m originally or others?

Which motherboard is it? Which CPU and graphics card?
