Assuming
this is your motherboard, there should be 4 fan headers in total.
Leaving 1 for the cpu cooler, you'll still have an extra fan that needs to be connected. If noise is not an issue, then you can get a 3-pin to molex adapter like this:
But then, your fans would be running at its full speed all the time. If that won't work, you could try a 3-pin splitter like this:
Or, if in the future you plan on adding more fans to your build, then you could get a fan controller that should look like this:
This one in particular allows you to control up to 8 fans at one time.
Now, I'm assuming those 4 fans are the ones provided by Zalman in which case I would argue that it doesn't make much of a difference in having that many fans plugged in at one time versus having only 1 at the front as an intake and 1 as an exhaust. It not only reduces the amount of noise the pc puts out, but also that it is much quicker to clean the dust off of 2 fans than 4.
