My motherboard heatsink it really hot described in this picture http://imgur.com/9uun6IG

I have an af120 directly aimed at the 290 to keep it cool also i have the desktop lay flat to allow heat to leaver the case immediately

94 DEGREES while gaming as i have reference cooler going to upgrade to the gelid icy rev 2

when i touch the heatsink on my 290 at 94 degrees it hot however when i touch my MOBO heatsink it burns its that hot i havent overclocked and have everything stock

Also after playing games such as BF4 and Sleeping Dogs my computer randomly switches off and i have to wait a few mins for me to be able to restart it orignally ithougt the PSU was chocked for air but with it lay flat it still happens (only happend twice) this has only started recently it started about 2 weeks back with all fans maxed out it hasnt happend

Also the actual PCB is quite hot on the Card is that anything worry about

Yes, it shouldn't be that hot and your GPU shouldn't be 94. Having a fan blowing on the card could be making it worse as you're blowing the heat back on the card, not pulling it away. You need better case flow, to adjust your GPU fans, or send it back as something is wrong as it shouldn't run that hot.

its the r9 290 reference cooler so it was expected also i have air directing hiting the heat sink also the heat can dissipate away easily as its lay flat with the side panel open

the heatsink in my sabertooth also gets hot no fix really unless you cut the voltage, i took 2 80mm fans and stacked them on top of each other and put them on the heatsinks and i velco mine to the gpu aimed at the heatsinks
