sorry for bad formatting as on phone.

its been working fine other than the last time i turned it off it tipped the beaker in my house. now the light only tuns on for a split second before it tuns off again, no fans or anything else, i have tried unplugging everything else and just trying some components. i have also tried multiple leads.

Solution
You should always start from the power supply. Test your system with another PSU first. Borrow one from a friend if you don't have a spare one available. If your PSU is fine then you should remove almost everything and try to boot-up with the most basic setup. You should only use the onboard GPU (remove the 2 GPUs), only one memory stick (you should try all the available memory slots). You should also remove all USB devices and disconnect all the drives and almost fans (except the CPU cooler). Generally speaking it could be anything at this moment so you should check all your system components for failed parts. It's long and difficult procedure and if you can't do it it's better to get your system to a repair/service shop.
