NO AUDIO THROUGH HEADPHONE FROM FRONT PORTS

Do you have realtek installed? If no then install it.
If yes then open it. In the speakers tab look at top right there will be a folder icon. Open it and check the first option.

Other than this are the audio headers connected properly in the mobo?
