Question MoBo powers on only 1 second then powers off

Hi,
I have a b250-pro 12p motherboard with a celeron g4930 CPU and a server power supply. The CPU fan starts spinning for a second then stops.... anyone can help me to solve this issue?

First off, that CPU is NOT on the supported list for that motherboard.

Probably, yes.
