MOBO, PSU od something else problem?

Hello everyone !

My specs:

Mobo: Ga h97 gaming 3

Procesor: Intel i7 4790

Graphic: Radeon R9 280 windforce 3gb

PSU: chieftec 600W

RAM: Goodram 8gb 1600mhz


I sent my PC from Poland to UK. Even that package was secured, my case was broken, and graphic card was out of PCI slot.

When i turned computer on , it freeze with Black screen after win 7 logo.
Fans are working, and signal from HDMI too.

I took card out from slot and turn computer on with integrated Intel , and computer works till show The artifacts and freeze. When I turn on , bios start to countinous beeping.
I can start it after taking out The battery, but after few minutes problem still exist.

what do u think? its a MOBO problem ? PSU? maybe something else ?

Leaving PCIe graphics cards installed and heatsinks installed on CPUs while shipping PCs is inviting damage caused by slight jostling.

The weight of those things can cause severe damage to the motherboard when bounced around.

I know that can cause damage, but package was sent by my mum so she did Her best.

heatsink , its A standard intel fan . Graphic card just pop up from slot but still attached to case
