So I've just bought a new mother board msi B450M pro-vdh, and I had one of the ram in the wrong slot when I first fired it up (dimma 1) and (dimma 2) Patriot signatureline 2x4gb
2400mhz. It only picked up one stick at first and told me the other was misplaced I hit enter to continue and then shut down the computer. The the ram in the second (dimma2) slot and refired it up and it booted normally but I noticed high memory usage. I loaded BIOS and it is only picking up one stick I switched the ram around and it's picking up the same stick in the other slot. I can't find a way to reset the ram options or reset the mobo in general in the bios. How would I fix this problem
