Mobo & ram or monitor?

Hey everyone,

Im planning on building my first pc but on a budget. Im looking to get around 100-120 fps on ultra settings for 1080p.

But my budget allows only either
1.h110 mobo and 8 gb ram + 1080p 144 hz monitor OR

2.b250m pro gaming mobo and 16 gb ram + 1080p 60hz monitor

Which do you think is ideal for 1080p for good fps and graphics

GPU: gtx 1060
CPU: intel i5 7600

P.S: I plan to be gaming for a couple more years as well

Well if you want 100-200fps, then the 144mhz monitor is your idea choice. Getting a 60hz monitor with 100 FPS is going to cause problems. I do think you should try to get 16 GB of RAM, and drop down to a skylake i5-6500. If you are purely gaming, going to skylake is not going to hurt you, and will still last after some years.
