MOBO won't post. No picture on monitor.

Mobo won't POST. Everything powers on but no picture on monitor. I'm using HDMI I should atleast get a picture. I have a (1200w PSU) I changed ram to different slots, removed battery for 10mins, did the jumper thing from the pins. Motherboard is brand new, CPU new, GPU new, and CPU fan new. But I still get nothing. I thought maybe the motherboard BIOS was out dated but apparently it isn't and my CPU is compatible with it cause I called and gave them my S/N from motherboard and said it was fine. Also I get no beeps perhaps I should buy a small speaker to connect to the audio pins. I'm frustrated and out of options.

This is what I have:

-Deepcool Genome (Case) used
-MSI 970 gaming (Mobo) new
-FX AMD 8320e blacked (CPU) new
-GTX Strix 1050ti (GPU) new
-Vengeance 8gb DDR3 (RAMS) like new
-1200w (Power supply) used

I'm really frustrated with this it's been a little over 2 weeks trying to solve the issue. HELP! What other options do I have?

Try connecting an internal speaker to the motherboard and see if any beeps when starting the board without RAMs.

If I don't have it by any chance then I'll purchase one and try that.
