I've been looking into converting an Xbox 360 into a gaming pc, but I really dislike making extra vents like this. Imo it should look as close to stock as possible.

I agree. Some may not even recognize this at first as a PS3 case.

It is a cool mod. Just curious what level of games could it handle? As someone else has posted, I would rather make an HTPC out of one. But at that point, how much extra would an ITX case cost that does not require modding?

What games can a Ryzen 2200G IGP handle? Reviews have you covered there.

As a custom-built case owner (my profile pic is my HTPC), I can say that it's NEVER about cost efficiency (vs a retail case) when you're case modding. It's about the art.
