Mod tower case for water cooling

Is there any mid tower case that would fit water coolers for gpu & cpu?

there are many of them.
My favorite under 100$ is Fractal Design Define S.

The fractal design S doesn't seem to have any cage for HDD's?

no it doesn't, you have 3 mounts for 3.5" and 2 for 2.5" in the back - kinda more than enough for mid tower.
