Question Modding Freesync into Samsung C27JG50?

This monitor seems to check all the boxes, and right now it goes for an amazing price in my country:

BUT, there's no Freesync in it, for some inexplicable reason. I was about to give up on it, but then i ran into this:

Would it actually be possible to do this on a monitor like this, at a reasonable range? (40-144 at least).

Well that warning states "may not work on all monitors" so if you are OK with using yours to test it, try it and see. Or if you really want freesync as one of the main features, there are tons of monitors with it already enabled.
