Modem not letting me login after updating the modem!

Hi,
I recently bought a new connection and with it came a new modem and when I went to update the modem after it restarted it didn't let me log in! I mean earlier the username and password were: admin and password respectively. Now nothing possible works neither did I change the password. If you can tell me how to hack through it, it would be helpful but I don't want to reset it either

The modem I got for free with it is as follows- Binatone DT 850w

I cannot help you hack the modem but try the default username which is Admin with a cap A. And leave the password box blank.
