Could someone tell me :-
Under what circumstances does the option
'Disconnect a call if idle for more than XX mins'
appear in a modems properties dialog.

If it's a hardware modem only issue, could you let me know of PCI hardware modem that supports this option

Its not in your modems options box, its in the internet connections dialog box

I want to use the modem on a server so i need the modem
dialog option not the IE option.
