Question Modern GPUs without coil whine - which to choose?

Is there any particular models in the price range from $500-$900 that are known to have no coil whine and are inaudible?

I had an RX 6950 Red Devil - insane coil whine.

So I decided to pay a bit premium and go for a RX 7900 Nitro + for $880 - COIL WHINE.

Is there any graphics cards that likely wont rape my ear with thouse sounds? I just want a silent GPU, nothing more, nothing less.
Preferably still with good performance, shouldnt be less than my RX 6950 at least..

I even tried a different PSU today (Seasonic Focus GX-1000) and with that one I had even more coil whine..
My frustration is a 9/10 at this point and I do not know what to do anymore. I built my dream PC, looking fancy af and its making the most unpleasant noises a PC ever made in my 20 year gaming career..

Try reading reviews of any card you're interested in buying. It's not much but it might give you an idea. I'm pretty sure whine is different even on identical models. Maybe you just have bad luck.

I have found that coil whine follows FPS output / GPU usage. If you want to keep getting maximum performance out of high end cards this may be inevitable.

Setting a frame limit or reducing GPU power limits are your best options.

Pretty sure the typical coil whine varies from card to card.
