Modern Warfare 2 Stuttering/Lag issue

Hello, I've been having lag issues when i play modern warfare 2. It will start for a second or 2 then i will lag backwards to where i just was. My Pc says i can run this game with ease because it will set everything to high resolution as lowest no anisotropic filtering is on either. I dont think its a FPS issue always 60 and my Ping is about 50-150
I dont know why it lags but it always does it in Jumps periodically. Its not Laetrix or whatever its called because i fixed it too. Help please

Are you talking about multiplaer?
If you are then the problem is not you but it is the server you are playing on

yeah i thought that too but it does that for EVERY server even if its in my state or country i still get the stuttering

try to get on a server that has less than 50 ping. always... make sure your the only 1 connected to the router/modem and dont use wireless. if others are online while your playing there ping will be added to yours or worse still you get queued.
if you still have issues make sure you have packetdup turned on in the console as this will check your packets to make sure there sent and recived properly. lastly set your max packets to match your minimum fps.. you do this with the max packets command in the games console also...
you may have to enable the console to do this.
