Modern warfare is not working at win7 x64 bit

i got this message when i'm trying to open Modern Warfare 3 " The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system info. to see whether an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (x64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."

Actually, I've played the BlackOps without issue on my Specs.
Asus K43SJ i3-2330M/2GB RAM/640HDD/1GB Nvidia graphics
