I keep changing my build, and thanks to the people here I kinda know better what I should pick I still have some doubts.
Specs:
-Intel Core i5-4590 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor
-Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
-MSI B85M-G43 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
-Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
-Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
-EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0 Video Card
-Corsair Carbide Series 300R Windowed ATX Mid Tower Case
-Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply
-Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer
-Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit)
-TP-Link TL-WDN4800 802.11a/b/g/n PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter

I had a compatibility note in pcpartpicker saying something about the B85 chipset and the Haswell Refresh CPU needing a BIOS update, I also read that that particular chipset didn't work with my i5-4590. I really don't know what that means, if it's a mistake then what should I change.

Solution
Your better of getting a H or Z board, H will be better and cheaper as you don't have a K CPU, though you won't get any SLI/Crossfire support on a H board. Also Micro ATX boards can loose a lot of features and DIMM slots, would be best to get a regular ATX board. CX series PSU are bad there are much better options, like EVGA, XFX and Antec ones. Also it is nice to add that CPU cooler but again as it is not a K cpu it isn't really needed.

Solution

What was wrong with the power supply though?

They are not reliable and are made with cheap parts.
