No need to SLI and that MOBO is good for the OC thats why he got the i5 4690k and water cooling, i would change the 960 for a 970 if it is still in your budget, i wouldn't bother with SLI it still causes some issues in a few games and micro stuttering but thats just me, also it would be nice to change from 8GB to 16GB of ram if you have the budget not that a lot of games benefit from that but some might and is a good boost if you do some photoshop or anything related to...
Are you planing to SLI the 960 in the future? If so are you sure the power supply can push enough watts for that? If not why that motherboard and big case? Also it is very nice to have a SSD boot drive to install the OS on not sure what your budget is/was.

Thanks man, but yes the 970 gets out of my budget, also is 16gb ram really necesary?

not really necessary it is good if you make some video editing and use Photoshop otherwise 8Gb of ram are good for gaming.

If you do not plan on OC or sli try a cheaper mobo you can probably save a bit for the GPU? if you do plan to OC and not SLI then look at the price difference in Z97 and the z87 or posibly a h97 if there is any. but the Z97 is a really good choice and you will have room for an m2 SSD and support for newer CPUs.

So imo your mobo is a very good chioce especially paired to that i5.

No,it's good. However, there are parts out there like that you get for cheaper. 16gb is good unless you want a MASTER GRADE- A SEXY BEEF of a computer.Or simple put it's unnecessary unless you do high end work grade stuff like photoshop, sony vegas, adope flash and watch funny cat videos at the SAME TIME!
