Modifying my profile

I have tried a couple of times to find how to modify my profile. I want to add my system info and add an avatar.

Any clues guys?...

This is not quite the right section, but what you're looking for is "profile" in the upper right hand corner.

Yeah but I couldnt find the area to post either. I have went there but it doesnt appear to have that option from what I can tell...
